Hello all,
I just joined the mailing list, as I saw your announcement on one of the
debian mailing lists.  I'm thinking of becoming more active in Debian,
and I would like to come tonight.  I don't want to barge in, if you
already have things set up WRT number of people or whatever.  If it's
OK, I'll come by for the dinner beforehand, to say hello and introduce
myself and whatnot.  What should I bring - laptop, I'm guessing, but
what else?  beer?  smiling face?  source code to be debianized?

Sorry to ask questions probably already answered, but I din't see
anything on either the site or in the list archives.
