[PADS] Dinner location for Wednesday meeting

There are a number of places on Chestnut, between Front and Second. At one
time, we were trying to eat our way throught them, if you recall. :-)

I'll go see what's over there, and email later. Probably we'll still eat
Indian/Middle Eastern, just at a different place than darbar. (altho I
personally like darbar)
