Philadelphia, PA - 24 March 2005 - LinuxForce, the leading provider of
Debian GNU/Linux outsourced systems administration services, announced
today that it has signed an asset purchase agreement to substantially
acquire the assets of Cyber Loft, Inc, a web hosting and web application
development provider formerly based in Irvine, California.

Since 1997, LinuxForce has provided Cyber Loft and its clients with
Debian GNU/Linux systems administration service and support; LinuxForce
offers this service to the market with its Remote Responder(SM) product.
LinuxForce has acquired the service contracts of former Cyber Loft
clients including the University of the Arts.

On March 14, 2005, Netcraft, an Internet services company based in Bath,
England, reported that global Debian use on active web sites grew at a
14% rate during the previous six months.

Mostafa Eldefrawy, former President of Cyber Loft, said "LinuxForce
has provided Cyber Loft's clients with excellent support for over
seven years. I am gratified to know that our former clients will
continue to be taken care of by an organization that has proven itself
again and again to deliver quality service at a reasonable price."

CJ Fearnley, President and CEO of LinuxForce, said, "We are thrilled
to add the Cyber Loft clients to our growing roster of customers.
The addition of the Cyber Loft assets will strengthen LinuxForce's web
  hosting and web development business."
